Multiple Treatment Areas – Extended sessions when more than one area needs attention.
5-Session Cards – Packages for long-term progress and a better price per session.
Coaching
Guidance and support for stress, life changes, and personal growth – available in person and remotely.
- In-Person Coaching – Face-to-face sessions in a calm, supportive setting to work with stress, life changes, and personal growth.
- Remote Coaching – Online or phone sessions so you can receive the same support and tools from wherever you are.
